A letter from a parent of a Camp Wings camper 2008. I'd just like to express to you how much last weekend meant to my boys and my entire family. My oldest was very apprehensive in attending Camp Wings, but my youngest was ready for a new adventure. I appreciate the time taken before and after tge camp for Sean to explain some things about grief to me, the parent. It helped my husband and I in dealing this week after camp with the influx of new attitudes and emotions my children are expressing. Luckily, I immediatly thought of what I had learned by listening in the meetings and it helped us in how we are dealing with their behaviors. My boys really enjoyed the experience and I thank God for Hospice offering this opportunity for our famly to move on. Please convey my thankfulness to all the camp leaders, buddies and counselors.
